Source One Aircraft Repair (SOAR) Forms Agreement with Evergreen Air Center
Newport Beach, California – February 13, 2007 – Source One Aircraft Repair (SOAR) and Evergreen Air Center (EAC) have formed a renewable 3-year Cooperative Working Agreement to offer international Aircraft On the Ground (AOG) Field Support Services to the commercial aviation community. Services include recovery, evaluation, repair and modification. This is the second Cooperative Working agreement for SOAR with support from a globally recognized, quality MRO center.
Founded by a core group of ex-Boeing AOG and Recovery and Modification Services (RAMS)-trained professionals, SOAR performs as an agile AOG “General Contractor” with dedicated global partners that can be brought together and positioned more quickly to respond to aircraft incidents. SOAR can dispatch a well-qualified team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide parts, materials, project planning, engineering, touch labor, insurance claims assistance and much more as part of its core portfolio offerings.
Evergreen Air Center is headquartered at Pinal Air Park in Marana, Arizona and is a leading provider of aircraft maintenance and repair through quality work and exceptional customer service. EAC is one of very few companies in the U.S. with an FAA Unlimited Airframe Repair Certificate and with the facilities, equipment and trained personnel to perform such diverse maintenance and repair. Its portfolio of experience includes all models of commercial aircraft with FBO accommodations for aircraft up to the B747-400 series. Evergreen is also a Boeing authorized re-delivery center.
Source One Aircraft Repair and Evergreen Air Center will jointly attend on-site aircraft damage evaluations, assist with quick-turn estimates, provide touch labor and planning activities and administratively work towards providing the most effective, very high quality and cost-efficient field support services to the global market place.
“The Cooperative Agreement with Evergreen Air Center exemplifies the high level of quality SOAR is working to provide in its remote field projects. This relationship, combined with our existing partnerships with Source One Spares [components] and Aero-Mechanical Industries [component repairs], provide a complete turn key solution for our customers,” explained Jim Jijawi, Managing Director of Source One Aircraft Repair.
